Standard vs IMAX: A Story of Change That Remains in Our Hearts

- A safe space for every child’s development.
- New resources and knowledge for rural families.
- A united community empowered to change their lives for the better.
- Support that offers not just assistance, but confidence in one's own strength.

Not every story of help catches the camera lens. But its impact remains in people's hearts.

Since 2014, Good Neighbors Kyrgyzstan has been working to overcome poverty and protect children's rights across the regions of Kyrgyzstan. Together with rural residents, we build a future where there is no place for hunger or despair, but for development, mutual support, and reliable assistance.

Every good deed begins with a small step. You can become part of this change and give a child the chance for a brighter future.

Opening of sanitary facilities in CDP schools

The opening of modern sanitary facilities took place in two rural schools: Kokchu CDP Nizhne-Chuisky aiyl (about 200 students) and Bolot Mambetov CDP Eshperovo aiyl (about 350 students).

The new sanitary facilities are designed to meet the needs of all students, including children with disabilities, and are equipped with special cabins for girls. Each facility is equipped with ramps, washbasins with hot water, a heating system and comfortable, private cabins.

All sanitary and building regulations are strictly observed during construction. Modern drain septic tanks are used as a recycling system, providing environmentally friendly waste recycling.

These improvements are an important step towards creating a safe, inclusive and supportive educational environment for all children. We continue to work to ensure that schools become spaces of equal opportunity, respect and care.
