Child Sponsorship Graduates Support Program
As part of the Graduate Support Program in our communities, Good Neighbors Kyrgyz Republic conducted a series of training sessions for high school students and graduates. This project was aimed at career guidance, skill development, and knowledge enhancement, as well as providing opportunities for admission to top universities in Kyrgyzstan and abroad.
Our participants not only received valuable advice and knowledge but also attended excursions and workshops where they could witness real learning and working conditions firsthand. This is a unique opportunity to be inspired, gain practical experience, and understand the steps needed to build a successful future.
We believe that such initiatives help young people unlock their potential and make informed career choices. We extend our gratitude to everyone who supports and inspires the younger generation in our communities and beyond!

One year ago, in the Asia Mall shopping center, in the Beauty Club area, a special place appeared — a charity corner of Good Neighbors Kyrgyz Republic. This is a space where anyone can pause amidst the usual shopping hustle, play the piano, and bring warmth to children who are in great need of support. 🎹💚
Recently, our young musician AliHamza Esen (@alihamza_esen_) shared this wonderful video with us. How wonderful it is when music becomes the language of kindness, uniting people around one important goal. ❤️
All funds collected in the charity box go toward implementing Good Neighbors' charitable projects to support children and families in need.
We sincerely thank everyone who stops by our piano, plays, makes a donation, or simply supports this good initiative. It is thanks to you that music turns into real help, and together we give hope and create positive change.

On July 30, 2026, a training session on “Prevention of Emotional Burnout” was held for employees of Good Neighbors Kyrgyz Republic.
The event was aimed at raising staff awareness about emotional burnout, its key signs, causes, and consequences, as well as introducing effective methods for prevention and maintaining emotional well‑being.
During the two‑hour program, participants engaged in a series of interactive sessions focused on practical mastery of self‑assessment tools and prevention of professional burnout. Throughout the training, employees examined risk factors and early warning signs of this condition. They then carried out practical exercises designed to identify individual risk factors and analyze professional resources.
Special attention was given to the topic of “Communication and Interaction” — participants explored effective teamwork skills, which are an essential component of resilience and burnout prevention. The program also included team reflection and practical activities.
The training served as an important platform for open dialogue and strengthening team collaboration, contributing to a positive working atmosphere and enhancing staff resilience to professional stress.
We extend our gratitude to our esteemed colleague Fatima Alymbekova f.mishaevna for her engaging program and professionalism.
Today we would like to share a day in the life of our Resource Development Specialist, Samat Azhikeev. Together with the PR & Fundraising team, he visited the branches of KICB Bank to carry out the regular collection of donations gathered through Good Neighbors charity boxes. We invite you to take a behind-the-scenes look at this important process via the link below and see how, thanks to the compassion of people, every donation becomes a contribution to supporting children and families in need.
We sincerely thank everyone who makes donations and supports our mission. Your kind heart and willingness to help are truly changing children's lives for the better. We also express our special gratitude to KICB Bank @kicb_bank_ for many years of partnership, trust, and support for the Good Neighbors charitable initiative. Together, we are creating more opportunities for those who need help!
